Job Description

As an accomplished SAP FTM Capability lead, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the SAP FTM Capability, focusing on building capabilities on newer technologies within the SAP scope. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field, you will be a visionary leader in managing talent aspirations and career paths within the organization. Your expertise in either SAP delivery or S/4 transformation programs will be crucial in driving the capability forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess Niche skill certification in FTM - Lead S/4 projects in areas such as implementation, roll-out, or conversion, specifically in niche skills like cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC, FI, and CO - Stay updated with the latest technology trends to guide the Finance to Manage capability - Conduct client presentations, lead POC developments, and contribute to RFP responses - Manage a capability of 1500+ people across multiple locations in India - Collaborate with leadership teams to plan and deliver capability key topics - Define roadmap and strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes - Coach and develop new leaders within the FTM capability - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with clients and support deals when required - Work closely with Staffing/RMG and OPS team as per organizational needs **Qualifications Required:** - 18+ years of experience in SAP delivery or S/4 transformation programs - Experience in managing talent aspirations and career paths - Niche skill certified in FTM - Experience in leading S/4 projects, including niche skills like cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC, FI, and CO - Strong leadership skills to manage a large team size - Understanding of how capability or practice is planned and delivered in the areas of Finance to Manage - Ability to define roadmap and strategy for SAP FTM - Coaching skills to create new leaders within the FTM capability - Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
