Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for servicing mainly walk-in customers to meet their transactional needs while delivering high-quality customer service. Your focus will be on increasing product penetration through cross-selling and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through various products including liability products (Current/Savings/Term deposits), wealth management products, and asset-related products - Generate new business through sales promotions, out-marketing calls, presentations, and in-branch contacts - Actively participate in branch sales planning to create action plans for meeting targets - Ensure adherence to the bank's Mis-selling & Sales Policies at all times - Provide high-level customer service, manage difficult customer situations, and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines - Process transactions accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs - Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and feedback, striving for continuous improvement in service quality - Take responsibility for reconciliation and control activities, as well as premises management and health and safety protocols Qualifications: - Postgraduate with a consistent academic career - 2 to 5 years of extensive sales experience - Sales-focused and target-oriented - Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Banking knowledge and management information skills - Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank dedicated to making a positive impact for clients, communities, and employees.
