Job Description

As a Principal Consultant at the company, your role will involve working with Fortune 500/1000 clients to address their critical business challenges using the top-notch web deployed solutions provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful implementation of these solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying the Tungsten Automation product suite. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging your team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met - Drive deployment activities including requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training - Perform technical configurations necessary for deploying solutions - Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation of solutions - Proactively identify and address project issues and risks - Serve as the subject matter expert on Tungsten Automation during customer visits - Work in coordination with project managers to maintain project schedules and budgets - Mentor and coach new consultants, actively contributing to the development of project teams - Participate in enhancing the Tungsten Automation SPA product suite and processes Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of consulting experience with both technical and functional audiences - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences - Proficiency in team collaboration and independent work - Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization - Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services like Weblogic - Knowledge of Windows and Unix server environments - Proficient in Oracle-based skills, encompassing Oracle RDBMS architecture, design, and tuning - Experience in scripting using SQL, PL/SQL, and JAVA programming languages - Skill in designing algorithms and efficient, reusable code - Ability to comprehend functional design and technical project requirements - BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a versatile environment that combines technical expertise with client interaction, providing you with a fulfilling and impactful career experience.,
