Job Description

As a Principal Consultant at our company, you will be working closely with Fortune 500/1000 clients to address their critical business challenges using our top-notch web deployed solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful implementation of these solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying the Tungsten Automation product suite. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the support of a team to ensure all project deliverables and timelines are achieved - Lead deployment activities including requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training - Perform technical configurations necessary for solution deployment - Collaborate regularly with the project team to ensure successful solution implementation - Proactively identify and address project issues and risks - Serve as the subject matter expert on Tungsten Automation during client engagements - Work closely with the project manager to maintain project schedules and budgets - Mentor and coach new consultants and contribute to the development of project teams - Engage in the continuous enhancement of the Tungsten Automation SPA product suite and processes Qualifications: - Possess 10+ years of consulting experience, with a track record of working effectively with both functional and technical audiences - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Capable of engaging with functional audiences and working collaboratively within a team or independently - Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization - Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services like Weblogic - Proficiency in Windows and Unix server environments - Proficient in Oracle technologies, including Oracle RDBMS architecture, design, and tuning - Experience in scripting using SQL, PL/SQL, and JAVA programming languages - Ability to design efficient and reusable code algorithms - Understanding of functional and technical project requirements - BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Join us in this dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our clients" projects.,
