As a Principal Partner Delivery Success Manager at Pega, you will play a crucial role in owning the delivery success and growth with Pega's strategic partners in the India region. You will be part of a team that challenges companies to rethink the way they do business and empowers them to become more efficient, smarter, and customer-centric. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with partners to ensure their readiness to deliver successful Pega solutions to clients - Proactively support partners in top Pega accounts to drive delivery success - Track partner project status and take necessary actions to support troubled projects - Manage partner practice growth to achieve agreed-upon targets - Advise partners in the development of delivery enablement and practice growth plans - Collaborate with delivery leaders to provide just-in-time training for partner teams - Drive adoption of Pega technologies like Blueprint, App Studio, and Constellation - Act as a conduit to improve partner access to technical enablement resources - Manage a project summary dashboard for top partner projects involving Pega technology **Qualifications Required:** - BA/BS or Higher degree with 12+ years of professional experience in driving delivery success and partner engagements - Strong project delivery background, preferably working with large system integrators in enterprise solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an executive level presence - CPSA certification within 6 months of joining Pega As a successful candidate, you will have managed enablement and delivery excellence partner programs with Consulting and System Integrators. You will possess a strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, enterprise applications, and matrixed organizations.
