Principal Partner Delivery Success Manager

As a Principal Partner Delivery Success Manager at Pega, you will be responsible for owning the delivery success and growth with Pega's most strategic partners in the India region. With Pega being the recognized industry leader in strategic business applications, you will have the opportunity to challenge companies to rethink the way they do business and empower them to become more efficient, smarter, and customer-centric. In this role, you will support a set of identified system integrators to drive partner delivery success, delivery best practices, technical skills, and skills currency. You will engage proactively on top Pega programs to ensure partner readiness and evaluate partner teams" readiness to deliver Pega solutions ahead of project kick-off. Working strategically, you will review and track partner registered projects, support stay green and get to green plans, and integrate Pega delivery best practices into partners" methodology to improve delivery outcomes. Your responsibilities will include engaging with partners at an opportunity level to ensure their readiness to deliver successful Pega solutions, proactively engaging with partners in top Pega accounts, tracking partner project status, and managing partner practice growth. You will collaborate with delivery leaders to coordinate training for partner teams, influence the development of technical training materials, align Pega and partner delivery methodologies, and drive adoption of Pega technologies like Blueprint, App Studio, and Constellation. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong executive presence, and the ability to be strategic in developing partner initiatives. You should have a BA/BS or higher degree with 12+ years of professional experience driving delivery success and partner engagements, strong project delivery background, and excellent presentation skills. A CPSA certification within 6 months of joining Pega is required.
