Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the institute.
• Draft, implement, and monitor policies, curriculum, and compliance with statutory norms.
• Mentor and supervise teaching and support staff, ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Identify and apply for government schemes, funds, and relevant awards to strengthen institutional growth.
• Build strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication with parents and authorities.
• Promote innovation, research, and continuous improvement in special education.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Administration, or related fields.
• Preferred: B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education (Intellectual Disability or equivalent) recognized by RCI.
• Proven experience as Principal, Head, or Administrative Officer in an educational institution, preferably a special school.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and willing to work long-term with commitment to the cause.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
