Principal

Mother Tonia Pride School, run by Leeyo Multipurpose Society, offers education from Nursery to Class 12, including a dedicated NEET & IIT-JEE coaching wing for senior secondary students. We are seeking a committed and experienced Principal to lead the school with strong academic vision and administrative excellence.

Role Overview:

The Principal will be responsible for overall school management, academic supervision, teacher coordination, and maintaining educational standards from Nursery to Class 12. The role includes one class in the daytime and one in the evening to ensure academic monitoring and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day school operations and maintain a disciplined learning atmosphere
• Lead and mentor teachers across all grades (Nursery to 12)
• Take one daytime class and one evening class as part of leadership and academic involvement
• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson implementation, and academic strategy
• Monitor board exam readiness for Classes 10 & 12
• Coordinate admissions, parent communication, and school events
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and academic reporting
• Work closely with the management of Leeyo Multipurpose Society
• Conduct teacher training and promote holistic student development

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong administrative abilities and communication skills
• Experience with senior secondary classes preferred
• Retired teachers and professors are strongly encouraged to apply
