The Principal Learning Content Strategist Human Capital Management (HCM) is an individual contributor role. You are a self-motivated professional who leverages your expertise to support Oracle University (OU) products. In this role, you curate online subscription material that aligns with the HCM Product Strategy, participate in content roadmap planning, and contribute to the development and recording of training content. Your experience in implementing Fusion HCM solutions for customers allows you to identify, propose, design, and prototype new teaching methods and learner engagement techniques. You play a crucial role in designing content for targeted job roles within Oracle University's HCM educational offerings. Your responsibilities include driving transformation, innovation, and best practices for Oracle University products and services. You are expected to ensure the strategic alignment, rollout, and execution of HCM-related educational offerings and programs within the Oracle University ecosystem. As an applicant, you should be eager to learn technology to deliver training using modern learning techniques in a fast-paced market and environment. What we love to see: - Passion for training and sharing knowledge! - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications. - Practical knowledge and consulting field experience with various Human Resources technologies like Core HR, Benefits, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Workforce Management. Your responsibilities are divided into three main categories: Strategy & Planning (50%): - Develop relationships with Product Development teams to embed training strategy in product planning. - Collaborate with various departments at Oracle to understand customer journey and align curriculum strategy. - Ensure content direction balances user needs and business goals. - Monitor research and the competitive landscape to recommend solutions that keep products best in class. Delivery & Execution (20%): - Improve the impact and effectiveness of content through research and analysis. - Use knowledge of learning styles to deliver various content types to reach multiple audiences. - Drive content/curriculum proof of concept and design prototypes for validation and feedback. People (30%): - Foster collaboration with Oracle University team members to drive value and resolve impediments. - Advocate for end-users and stakeholders by understanding learner needs. - Continuously assess progress and contribute to learning activities around modern content design approaches. Qualifications and Competencies: - 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced functional implementation environment with a recent emphasis on Cloud. - Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technology environment. - Strong soft skills such as balancing stakeholders, business insight, collaboration, effective communication, innovation, customer focus, and more. - Comfortable working in a global setting.
