Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
• Ensure smooth functioning of academic programs, faculty management, and student services.
• Implement policies as per UGC, AICTE, PCI, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and training.
• Oversee curriculum planning, academic quality, research activities, and institutional growth.
• Maintain discipline, encourage a positive learning environment, and address student-related issues.
• Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and compliance documentation.
• Represent the college in external meetings, inspections, and accreditation processes.
• Build collaborations with industries, universities, organizations, and stakeholders for institutional development.

Eligibility:

• Qualifications and experience as per UGC, AICTE, and PCI norms (depending on the institution).
• Minimum required experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
