As a Principal Integrations Developer , you will take on a strategic leadership role in managing complex Day 2 operations for enterprise clients. You will guide teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies. Your responsibilities will span technical delivery, client engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be a key architect and advisor, ensuring the success of large-scale integrations while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. As a senior individual contributor, you will act as a mentor, set standards for integration best practices, and lead the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Career Level : IC4 Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex integration solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary technical point of contact for large Day 2 accounts, addressing client needs and driving successful outcomes. Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of integration solutions using OIC, VBCS, SOA, and API-based tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans. Establish and promote best practices for integration development, deployment, and operations. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Oracles strategic objectives. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to IC3 and junior team members. About You You are an experienced integration professional with a passion for solving complex problems and driving customer success. You have a proven ability to lead teams and engage with stakeholders across organizational levels. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing competing priorities. You are committed to delivering excellence and take pride in mentoring others. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development, integration, or a related field. 10+ years of expertise in delivering integration, SOA, or API-based solutions. Hands-on experience leading multiple full lifecycle projects using OIC, SOA, and API products. In-depth knowledge of integrating SaaS applications and on-premises software. Proficiency in web services, XML technologies, SOA, and RESTful services. Proven ability to architect and design solutions for enterprise-scale clients. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions. Hands-on expertise with Oracle VBCS, PCS, MFT CS, BPEL, OSB, and B2B. Experience in Oracle WebLogic Server administration and tuning. Strong background in Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM). Proven track record of successfully managing Day 2 operations, including continuous improvement and issue resolution. Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to the evolution of technical standards and best practices.
