Responsibilities

Role SummaryHighly skilled Individual with experience being a part of Enablement function for large organization. Must have hands on experience in driving large scale CIorCD tools migration with automation focus to tackle scale. Must be a great communicator with focus on problem solving and upskilling app dev teamKey ResponsibilitiesExecute Migration Scope highvolume CIorCD migrationsEnsure App Dev meets prerequestsComplete bulk of migration workMeet App Dev acceptance criteria PRs and Deploy ValidationsWork with CDXO team to provide inputs to engineering solutions and get resolution on blocker issuesEngage CrossFunctional Teams Collaborate with CDO and busy application teams to ensure alignment and adoptionAnswers Questions and schedule upskilling workshops or brown bag sessionsSupport Diverse Platforms Work across Windows & RHEL VMs Liquibasemanaged databases and niche dataorETL pipelines Azure DevOps or TFSDocument & Standardize Maintain Clear Migration plans reusable assets and postmigration support materialsRequired ExpertiseSolution ArchitectureHands on CIorCD pipeline engineering experienceHands on CIorCD Migration experienceGitHub Actions Jenkins UrbanCode Deploy HarnessWindows & RHEL deployment StratergiesLiquibase ETLordata pipelineTerraform or Ansible familiarityExpertise in Terraform andoror Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure securely and repeatablyExperience in regulated industries (e.g. Finance healthcare)
