We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced School Director (Principal or Vice Principal)

Academic Leadership

• Drive high-quality academic and co-curricular learning.
• Conduct teacher training and classroom observation.
• Ensure excellence in labs, library, and learning resources.

School Administration

• Manage staff recruitment, enrollment, and CBSE compliance.
• Supervise budgets, transport, and daily operations.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and policy adherence.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and students.
• Represent the school with education authorities and external partners.

Infrastructure Oversight

• Plan cost-effective upgrades and ensure maintenance of school facilities.
  

• Education:

  Master’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory)

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal) in a CBSE school

• Skills:

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

• Preferred:

  Knowledge of CBSE standards and school operations
