Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a mature, dynamic individual having proficiency in academic and administration besides excellent oral & written communication skills. Must be highly motivated, proactive leader, with entrepreneurial mindset who believes in developing teaching skills among academic staff, collaborating with parents to provide personalized education to their child and keeping good PR with them. The candidate must be dynamic, confident, and thorough in technology with a vision and mission for NEP 2020 implementation future plan.

The candidate must have the drive to implement global and innovative education aiming at academic excellence, aesthetic understanding and effective life skills with an innate passion for working with children and the zeal for nurturing all-round mental, social and emotional growth. The candidate should be well versed with competency-based education. She/He should be below 45 years, having at least 5 years experience of working as a Vice Principal or equivalent in a day cum boarding school of international repute.

Preferred candidate profile

• Be a post graduate and B. Ed from a well-known university, as per CBSE norms.

• Have 7 years-experience of teaching in CBSE/international schools. (Preference will be given to those who have experience in IB/IGCSE curriculum) and minimum 5 Years of experience as a Vice Principal or in administrative role.

• Be in the age bracket of 38-45 years.
• Be familiar with innovative teaching practices and integrating technology of 21st Century Skills in the School curriculum.
• A problem solver with analytical and innovative mindset who is meticulous planner and organizer with an eye for details.
• Candidate must be computer savvy and should have sound knowledge of artificial intelligence, STEM & Robotics, Coding etc.
