Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal, located in Namakkal. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence and the well-being of students and staff. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, staff management, student discipline, and fostering a positive school culture. The Principal will also collaborate with parents, community members, and educational authorities to enhance the school's performance and reputation.

• Prior experience as a Principal or in a similar educational leadership role
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
