Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal, located in Namakkal. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence and the well-being of students and staff. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, staff management, student discipline, and fostering a positive school culture. The Principal will also collaborate with parents, community members, and educational authorities to enhance the school's performance and reputation. Qualifications Leadership and management skills for overseeing school operations and staff Experience with curriculum development and implementation Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, students, and staff Capability in handling student discipline and fostering a positive school culture Collaboration skills with community members and educational authorities Prior experience as a Principal or in a similar educational leadership role Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field Commitment to maintaining a student-centric approach and adhering to high educational standards
