Principal Engineer - Performance testing

As a Principal Engineer specializing in Performance Testing with 7-9 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving performance optimization initiatives to have a direct impact on product development and end-user experience. Your role will involve hands-on experience with performance tuning, diagnostic or monitoring, design/development in technologies such as Java, .NET, etc., and leading a team with expertise in Project Planning, Estimating, or Project Management. Additionally, you should have extensive experience with performance diagnostics tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CA APM, etc. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 12 years. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering software solutions designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability - Utilizing Application Performance Management (APM) tools for monitoring and optimization - Collecting performance data, performing analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning for optimal performance - Understanding and addressing performance concerns related to Cloud, SaaS, and virtualization concepts - Handling application threading and concurrency challenges effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in performance tuning and monitoring - Minimum of 3 years of design/development experience in relevant technologies - Minimum of 5 years of Team Lead experience with expertise in Project Management - Experience with performance diagnostics tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CA APM - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 12 years In addition to the above, the company values individuals who have proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities, and can contribute to organizational vision and strategy effectively.,
