Principal Engineer - Performance Testing

As a Principal Engineer specializing in Performance Testing with 7-9 years of experience, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance and enhancing end-user experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in performance tuning, diagnostics, or monitoring - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design and development experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, etc. - Minimum of 5 years of Team Lead experience, focusing on Project Planning, Estimating, and Project Management - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in performance diagnostics tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CA APM (previously Wily Introscope), etc. Your qualifications should include: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience - Experience in delivering software designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability - Proficiency in using Application Performance Management (APM) tools - Hands-on experience in collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning - Exposure to Cloud, SaaS, and virtualization concepts, as well as application threading and concurrency concerns Additionally, preferred skills for this position include: - Demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment - Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations - Strong leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills - Capability to guide organizational vision and strategy This role offers you the opportunity to drive performance optimization initiatives, directly impacting product development and enhancing the overall end-user experience.,
