Principal Engineer Bids & Proposal

As the Manager-Bids and Proposals at WSP ME, your role will involve managing bids and proposals from the receipt of RFP to successful bid submission. Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for bids and proposal related activities starting from receiving the RFP up to the successful submission of the bids. - Ensuring compliance with WSP governance procedures and submission of RFP compliant bids. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial excellence in bids and proposals. - Coordinating and preparing high-quality responses to tender documents. - Leading bid strategy meetings and developing winning strategies. - Creating compelling, customer-focused proposals. - Tracking and managing bid outcomes, providing feedback to the team. - Supporting through the End Game process and Prospect to Project Handover. - Building relationships with Client procurement departments. - Driving continuous improvements in the development of prospect documentation. Candidate Expertise Required: - Strong Project Management and Co-ordination Skills. - Detailed understanding of Business Units offering, Regional, and Global capabilities. - Experience in power, water, and renewables sectors will be an added advantage. - Dive Knowledge Sharing through day-to-day activities. - Ability to work with InDesign or prepare graphics for proposals and presentations. Mandatory Skills: - Quality Oriented. - Bidding and Work Winning Experience. - Stakeholder Engagement & Management. Qualifications: - Possess a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering. - Familiarity with ME projects is preferred. - Experience in Power, Water, and Renewable projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated with an aptitude for growth and development.
