As a technical subject matter expert for the Marriott Bonvoy app, you will play a crucial role in defining the Target Architecture and Mobile Platform Roadmap for either iOS or Android platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic technical advisory and hands-on support - Leading architecture and framework initiatives - Advising on solutioning for major features - Conducting code reviews and coaching developers - Staying updated on platform ecosystem and device capabilities - Leading proof of concepts and technology assessments - Educating the mobile engineering community You will oversee application development standards, tools, and SDLC processes across Agile and Waterfall models. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance - Leading and monitoring application development projects - Driving alignment with business goals and managing escalations - Managing reporting, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives - Supporting IT governance, budgeting, and strategic planning To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of leadership in enterprise-scale mobile app development - Strong experience in Omni-Channel solutions, CI/CD, release management, and app store deployments - Proficiency in API platforms, backend integration, full-stack infrastructure, and enterprise SDKs - Proven Agile/SAFe leadership and stakeholder management skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with certifications in Agile/SAFe, Mobile Development, or related technologies. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and offers a hybrid work mode.
