The

Principal Data Specialist

role in FactEntry is a senior-level position requiring deep expertise and experience in Fixed Income and Financial Markets. The role would be responsible to plan and deliver Fixed Income Reference Data & Corporate Action roadmap. The role will require to lead and manage relationships with SIX Product Management, Proposition Team, Sales, and FactEntry Operation teams.
FactEntry is looking for experienced individuals with deep expertise and prior experience in Financial Markets and Fixed Income Market domain with strong skills in customer engagement, senior stakeholder engagement and project management skills. We are looking for self-starters who can drive and lead business requirements independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead new content setup and integration that meets the customer requirements.
Provide expert guidance, technical leadership, and strategic direction.
Collaborate with multi-functional business partners on business growth, product design, roadmap, strategic initiatives and process
Manage Projects and process improvements
Coach, train and Mentor staff on Fixed Income and financial market knowledge to ensure accurate delivery of data and solutions
Lead alignment of existing process to meet the market standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate and take lead on strategic client accounts and regular client interactions.
Document client requirements and client interactions.
Engage with key stakeholders such as SIX data strategy and support the Content Initiatives.
Partner with Sales and product management team and support them on pre-sales initiatives and other activities such as reviewing RFP and RFI submissions and client onboarding.
Work closely with the various partners in the FE Development team. Handle requirements writing, project planning, project execution, UAT, defect fixing and delivery of projects.
Provide direction in drafting requirements documents, audit activities, research and project initiatives.
Translate external market policies, rules, changes in regulations and events into internal and operational requirements.
Drive service excellence across Content teams for our customers internally and externally.
Take the lead in assessing field comparison or data coverage comparisons with competitors.
Lead discussions that significantly affect how data is stored, maintained and/or organized and provide expert-level contribution to these discussions.

Required Skills

Experience and deep expertise of Fixed Income Reference Data & Corporate Actions Content.
Excellent Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirement writing skills.
Knowledge of SQL
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in stakeholders management and customer engagement
Experience of 10 years+ in the financial market domain.
