Job Description

Role Overview: As a Principal Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, you will have a fulfilling day engaging in diverse and dynamic activities that can truly make a difference. Your responsibilities will involve advising clients, suggesting innovative solutions, and leveraging your extensive industry knowledge to drive transformation in their businesses. Leading client workshops, interacting with senior-level participants, and aligning emerging technologies with organizational goals will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct meetings, craft proposals, and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value provided by NTT DATA - Engage in client workshops to develop strategies aligning technology with business objectives - Identify client challenges, propose solutions for improvement, and drive business transformation - Coordinate internal teams for smooth implementation of solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and participate in technical conferences to expand knowledge - Mentor less experienced consultants when needed Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business requirements - Deep expertise in a specific vertical/domain/industry along with consulting and client engagement experience - Extensive experience in consulting or IT roles within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficient in managing high-pressure situations and ensuring successful project delivery - Excellent strategic thinking and business transformation abilities - Capable of facilitating workshops with senior-level clients - Skilled in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships - Client service-oriented with advanced interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related field Additional Company Details: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a focus on helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
