ML & Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for business applications.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility and potential impact
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing actuarial workflows and systems
• Fine-tune and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
• Develop pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
• Ensure model governance, documentation, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in GenAI, ML Ops, and cloud-based model deployment.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, or generative AI tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace).
• Experience with model deployment in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with data engineering and API integration concepts.
• Exposure to the actuarial, financial services, or insurance domain preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams.
