Principal Architect

we are a 15 year old construction company engaged in executing turn key works ranging from residential to commercial and hospitality to hospital projects.

the main job profile for Principal Architect requires the candidate to co-ordinate with the respective project architects for design and drawings co-ordination and then to issue the relevant drawings to each site for the successful execution.

The profile is the common link between architect, client and builder.

The candidate should have good communication and writing skills to enable the person to engage and interact with the architects and also the clients.

Montly progress reports of the projects are to be prepared for each project.

Experience of design co-ordination and interiors /finishing works would be considered positively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
