In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions, designing scalable applications and integrations, providing guidance to development teams and stakeholders, defining the roadmap for ServiceNow implementations, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a good understanding of [SKILL 3, SKILL 4].
