Senior Architect Industrial & Institutional Projects

Selaiyur, Chennai

3 - 7yrs exp in Industrial and institutional projects.

Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

Strong Communication, Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office, Strong visualization, detailing, and problem-solving skills, Effective Coordination

50k - 1Lacs (based on Performance).

Male Candidates
preferred
Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings for industrial and institutional projects
Develop designs,
3D models
, and working drawings ensuring compliance with regulations and client specs
Collaborate with project teams and conduct site visits for design validation
Prepare

Assist in client presentations and authority approvals
