Experience-10-16 years Location-Remote PRIMARY SKILLS (MUST HAVE SKILLS): • ML/DL Expertise: Deep proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and neural network architectures (CNNs, Transformers), with strong Python programming skills. • Algorithms & Foundations: Robust knowledge of core algorithmic principles, mathematics, and statistical methodologies relevant to AI. • Medical Imaging Domain Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray), their underlying physics, and clinical applications. • Computer Vision & Image Analysis: Extensive practical experience in advanced image analysis techniques, including classification, segmentation, detection, and registration applied to medical imaging. • Generative AI & Synthetic Data: Demonstrated capability in utilizing generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models) for synthetic medical data generation and augmentation. • Validation & Regulatory Awareness: Proven track record in rigorous validation of AI models and familiarity with healthcare-specific regulatory standards (e.g., SaMD, QMS, HIPAA, GDPR). • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams. • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Established history of innovative problem-solving, supported by significant contributions such as patents, publications, or successful clinical deployments.
