Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Services Excellence team within Oracle Analytics, focusing on innovating, building, and supporting service management technologies and capabilities to enhance customer experience, scalability, availability, reliability, and security of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to work with Oracle's top Fusion Analytics customers to drive user adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence, ensuring customer success and increased product usage. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the solution engineer to guide customers through their adoption journey, from onboarding to adoption, to enhance customer usage and product success. - Remove adoption blockers by collaborating with the product management team, connecting customers to FDI resources, and providing product and analytics guidance. - Contribute to the organization's growth by creating and delivering new content and playbooks. - Collaborate with Fusion Customer Success Managers to build strong relationships with strategic customers, engaging with technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
