Principal Adoption Program Manager - Analytics

Role Overview: You will be part of the Services Excellence team within Oracle Analytics, focusing on innovating, building, and supporting service management technologies to enhance product support. Your role as an APM will involve working closely with top Fusion Analytics customers to drive user adoption and ensure product success. Additionally, you will collaborate with solution engineers to guide customers through their adoption journey, remove adoption barriers, connect customers to resources, and provide product and analytics guidance. Your contribution to creating new content and playbooks will be essential in supporting the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with solution engineers to facilitate customer adoption journey, from onboarding to increased product usage. - Work with product management team to address adoption blockers and connect customers to relevant resources. - Develop and deliver new content and playbooks to support organizational growth. - Collaborate with Fusion Customer Success Managers to build strong relationships with strategic customers. - Engage with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
