Roles and Responsibilities: Pre-Primary Teachers (Nursery to UKG):Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment. Plan and implement activities aligned with early childhood developmental milestones. Use creative, play-based methods to teach foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills. Observe and document student progress and share regular feedback with parents. Build strong relationships with students to support emotional and social development. Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and care. Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events and workshops. Primary Teachers (Grade 1 to 5):Deliver subject-specific lessons in English, Math, EVS, or other core areas, based on curriculum guidelines. Foster a growth mindset, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving skills in students. Design lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and use activity-based learning methods. Maintain academic records, conduct assessments, and provide individual feedback. Integrate digital tools and teaching aids to enhance classroom engagement. Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and as needed. Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the school. Qualifications and Experience: Pre-Primary Teachers: Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Graduate degree preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education Primary Teachers: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject + B.Ed (mandatory) 2+ years of teaching experience in a recognized school Familiarity with CBSE curriculum is an advantage Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Empathetic, energetic, and child-friendly demeanor Strong classroom management and organizational skills Creativity in lesson planning and activity design Team spirit and willingness to participate in school initiatives What We Offer: A collaborative and inclusive school culture Opportunities for continuous professional development Access to modern teaching infrastructure and tools Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
