Primary School Teacher

Education:

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a engaging and supportive classroom environment, delivering a comprehensive curriculum across all subjects, and inspiring a love for learning in students from Nursery to 5th standard.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery & Instruction:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans for all core subjects (English, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Social Studies) and co-curricular areas (Arts, Music, Physical Education) appropriate for the assigned grade level.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies (including play-based, activity-based, and inquiry-based learning) to cater to different learning styles.
• Integrate storytelling, rhymes, arts and crafts, and educational technology to make learning interactive and fun.

Classroom & Student Management:

• Create a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and model behavior.
• Observe and evaluate each child's performance, progress, and social development.
• Provide individualized support and adaptive instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, observations, and portfolios.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians about student progress through meetings, reports, and newsletters.
• Collaboration & Development:
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and staff to plan events, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education) is required.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Montessori, Jolly Phonics, Special Education) are a strong advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching students in the Nursery to Grade 5 age group.
• Demonstrable experience in teaching a wide range of primary-level subjects.

• Excellent Command of English: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication and instruction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
