Job Description

Role Summary - We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Quantitative Primary Market Research Consultant to support the design, execution, and analysis of quantitative PMR studies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional team to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple PMR (quant) projects under tight timelines interfacing with global clientele and prioritize requests based on the criticality and business need as agreed with the stakeholders
  • Creating custom market research solutions for clients by thinking through their business issue, and adding the right context to the request (therapy area, methodology etc.)
  • Involved in end-to-end quantitative projects, starting from RFP response, pricing to project execution and delivery
  • Ensure that the team works seamlessly to deliver the work as per mandate quality and timelines
  • Mentor and train the team members to help them achieve their career aspirations
Qualifications/Skill set:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Life Sciences background; MBA is preferable
  • Overall experience: 8-12 yrs; Experience in the Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry
  • Experienced in Primary and secondary market research
  • Experience of working with internal/external key stakeholders
  • Strong Communication and leadership skills
  • Critical thinking and Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Tools (ppt, excel, word)
