Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Initiator located in Jaipur. The Primary Initiator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating project-based learning, and implementing experiential learning activities. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and fostering a democratic classroom environment where every student's voice is heard. The Primary Initiator will assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
