Job Description

The primary coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the academic and operational functions of the primary school. Your role will involve curriculum planning, teacher supervision, student progress monitoring, and ensuring an engaging and productive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to maintain high academic standards and holistic student development. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the primary curriculum as per school guidelines. It is essential to ensure effective lesson planning and execution by teachers, monitor and support differentiated learning strategies to meet diverse student needs, conduct regular classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback. Additionally, you will facilitate curriculum enrichment activities and co-curricular programs. Guiding and mentoring primary school teachers in instructional best practices will be a key aspect of your role. You will organize professional development programs and workshops for staff, assist in setting performance goals, and conduct teacher evaluations. Monitoring student progress through assessments, observations, and feedback is crucial. You will also ensure the proper implementation of behavioral and discipline policies, support teachers in handling classroom behavior management effectively, and encourage a positive learning atmosphere and student engagement. Maintaining open communication with parents regarding student progress, addressing parental concerns, and facilitating parent-teacher meetings are important aspects of your role. You will work towards fostering a strong school-home connection for student success. Your administrative responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to school policies and protocols, assisting in timetable planning and resource allocation, maintaining academic records, overseeing report card preparation, and coordinating with other departments for the smooth functioning of school activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant field, a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in primary education, and prior experience in a leadership or coordination role is preferred. Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and teaching methodologies, excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required. Key skills required for this position include leadership and team management abilities, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to multitask, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in using digital tools for education and administration is also essential. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana before starting work (Preferred).,
