About the Role:

Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher supervision for Grades 15.
Integrate Indian Knowledge System (IKS) elements into lesson plans and school activities.
Guide and mentor primary teachers to ensure effective pedagogy and student engagement.
Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum development, assessments, and learning outcomes.
Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers.
Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, parents, and management for holistic student growth.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed).
Proven experience as a
Primary Coordinator
in a CBSE school.
Strong understanding of
CBSE academic frameworks
and NEP 2020 guidelines.
Familiarity with or interest in implementing
Indian Knowledge System (IKS)
concepts in curriculum and activities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
