Primary Assistant Teacher

Position : Primary Assistant Teacher Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type : Full-time Responsibilities : Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support students in understanding and completing assignments. Monitor and supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess. Maintain daily records, track student progress, and intervene to help students progress as necessary. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where the unique needs of all students are met. Arrange educational activities outside the classroom and supervise the students during breaks and mealtime. Regularly communicate with family members and other staff, such as school psychologists and counselors, in order to meet the individual needs of each student. Ensure the classroom environment meets standards for safety and cleanliness. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a diploma in education or teaching is preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Basic computer skills to assist with educational software and online resources. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
