Primary Assistant Teacher

Job Description:

ARKA ELIIT SCHOOL is hiring a supportive and enthusiastic Primary Assistant Teacher to work closely with class teachers in Grades 1 to 5. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with young children, be fluent in English, and be ready to assist in daily classroom activities and learning support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in conducting lessons and managing classroom activities
• Help with correction of notebooks, classwork, and homework
• Support students who need individual attention
• Maintain discipline and a nurturing classroom environment
• Assist in preparation of teaching materials, displays, and class projects
• Supervise students during assemblies, events, and field trips
• Encourage a positive and supportive attitude among students

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/+2 or Graduation
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Patience, kindness, and passion for working with children
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
