Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Priditation position based in Pune. The role involves conducting thorough audits of medical records and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies. Responsibilities include analyzing clinical documentation, identifying areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports, and supporting teams in implementing corrective measures to enhance quality and compliance. In addition, the role includes collaboration with departmental leads to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
