Pricing Representative III

You will be responsible for performing costing and pricing processes for new and existing customers. Your role will involve managing customer pricing by utilizing the best practices and methodology of the global proposal desk. Additionally, you will support program management and customer management by providing quoting, cost reductions, price changes, analytics, and profitability analyses. - Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customers by leveraging the global proposal desk, ensuring all quotes are approved, and comply with internal policies. - Conduct quote reviews to ensure price accuracy and competitiveness of pre/post sales processes for assigned line cards. - Contribute to strategic pricing decisions and develop pricing models to support customers. - Maintain customer price books and cost models, including updating quote tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. - Collaborate with materials, sales, program management, supplier Business Development Managers (BDM), customer service, and finance to ensure the best costs for customers. - Prepare reports to monitor customer margin performance. - Track all win/loss results and provide activity reports to the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing sales. - Perform any other duties as assigned. - Extensive knowledge of the organization, job practices, and procedures, enabling a high level of contribution. - Ability to complete complex assignments requiring significant judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. - Work independently under minimal guidance, using independent judgment to determine the best approach and creativity to handle new situations. - Collaboration with internal or external contacts, participation in teams for special assignments, and responsiveness to requests from senior management and internal/external contacts. - Actions may have a significant impact on the department and others. Errors may be difficult to detect and remedy, potentially resulting in the loss of customer business, materials, money, and/or time. This position may require the ability to travel.,
