Responsibilities & Impact Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable software systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new product features Ensure high standards of performance , quality , and responsiveness in applications Mentor and guide junior engineers , fostering a culture of inclusion, learning, and engineering excellence Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure clean, maintainable code Stay up to date with emerging technologies , promoting innovation and incorporating best practices into the development lifecycle Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications ( MCA ) 10+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer , with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and Continuous Delivery Expertise in Java , with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and low-level Java APIs such as Concurrency and Java NIO Hands-on experience with caching technologies (e.g., Apache Ignite , Apache Spark ) and streaming data processing Proven ability to deliver robust, high-quality software solutions in complex environments Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud platforms , preferably AWS , and distributed computing architectures Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities for resolving complex system issues Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading technical teams Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment
