Pricing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Rate Management:

Develop and maintain accurate and competitive pricing for air and ocean freight services.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor pricing to determine strategic pricing solutions.
Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotations to customers based on customer needs, market conditions, and operational costs.
Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities, customer negotiations, and contract renewals.

Customer Support:
Provide assistance to the customer service and sales teams by answering queries related to pricing and freight costs.
Ensure that all pricing policies and procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting pricing in the freight forwarding industry.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for pricing adjustments based on changes in the logistics and shipping landscape.
