About the Role

We are building a new Sales Enablement team

design, storytelling, and strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Deck Creation & Design

• Build and design pitch decks with a strong focus on flow, structure, and finesse.

• Translate raw content, briefs, and creative inputs into clean, compelling, and visually aligned presentations.
• Creating a resource bank of elements, templates, etc. for creativity enhancement and inspiration.

• Storytelling & Flow

• Develop clear and logical narratives tailored to client briefs.

• Pre-empt client questions and incorporate answers into the deck.
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to elevate messaging.

• Brand & Visual Standards

• Maintain high design standards and keep innovating.

• Create and update

  templates, design systems, and visual frameworks

  for repeatable excellence.

• Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with the other teams in the organization to deliver seamless collaterals.

• Contribute to the central resource bank of templates, trends, and references.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  1–3 years in presentation design, visual storytelling, or creative strategy roles.

• Technical Skills:

• Expert in PowerPoint/ Google Slides.

• Good proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with AI tools for creativity and productivity is a huge plus.

• Creative Skills:

• Strong design sensibility—typography, layout, color, and branding.

• Ability to structure information into logical, client-friendly flows.
• Eye for detail and visual finesse.

• Soft Skills:

• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across multiple teams.

• Deadline-driven, organized, and adaptable under pressure.
• Strong communicator who can explain design choices clearly.
