About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Preschool Coordinator to oversee day-to-day academic and operational activities of our preschool. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support teachers in daily lesson planning and classroom execution
• Coordinate academic schedules, events, and special activities
• Ensure smooth communication between school and parents
• Conduct regular teacher training and classroom observations
• Maintain student records, attendance, and reports
• Handle parent inquiries, admissions support, and school tours
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and curriculum standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool teaching or coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
• Ability to handle parent communication with professionalism and care
