A Preschool Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of preschool programs. Their responsibilities typically include: Experience : 2-5yrs Locations : Electronic City Program Development: Designing and evaluating preschool curricula to ensure they meet educational standards and children's developmental needs. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising teachers and support staff. Student Assessment: Identifying educational opportunities for preschoolers through assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs). Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the preschool environment adheres to safety regulations and educational policies. Parent & Community Engagement: Communicating with families and collaborating with community organizations to support early childhood education.
