Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: Gunjur Payala, Varthur, Electronic City, Coconut Garden Layout, Marathahalli, Friends Layout, Sahakar Nagar. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Freshers with relevant training may also apply) Working Hours: Working hours, e.g., 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday+2 Saturday off in every month. Salary: 8,000 to 25,000 Depending upon the skills and experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing environment where young children can thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively through play-based and structured learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and development. Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers. Support individual learning needs and manage classroom behavior positively. Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and celebrations. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the classroom. Adhere to all safety protocols and school policies. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children. Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools for learning (preferred). Fluency in English (and [insert other local languages if relevant]).
