CCNA/CCNP CERTIFICATION IS MUST

Role & responsibilities

• To evaluate, design, develop End to End infrastructure solutions
• To create High Level design documents & schematics and to define the project scope, create Low Level design documents and Bills of Materials
• To help the Sales Team and channel partners to close large complex integrated solution deals
• To curate and deliver industry based presentations to Enterprise clients on integrated solutions
• Work across cross functional teams, external vendors & OEMs
• Implement best practices & utilize a Consultative Selling approach to increase cross sale
• Continue Enhancement of self technical competency
• Attend industry conferences and understand IT trends
• Keeps abreast of the latest technological developments & carry feedback from customers to the service delivery groups

Critical Competencies Required

• Clear understanding of network fundamentals (IPv4 and IPv6) Routing and Switching protocols such as MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP etc. Working knowledge of LAN & WAN Technologies and protocols. Should have knowledge in IT Security of Firewalls, UTM devices, Intrusion Detection Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Anti Virus and Anti Spam
• Working knowledge of Cloud and Data Center technologies and equipment such as servers, storage, Work Flow Management, Auto Provisioning. Understanding of CRM and ERP applications and Databases. Understanding of Storage systems like SAN, NAS, IP based storage etc.
• Clear understanding of TDM Voice switching, SIP and VoIP technologies.
• Clear understanding of Transmission technologies, SDH, Multiplexers, RF Wireless technologies. a proven ability in customer engagements
• Understanding of a cloud computing environment infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
