Presales Solution Architect - Eviden

As the Application Management Solution Architect at Eviden, a part of the Atos Group, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing application support strategies and solutions for customer IT applications. With over 10 years of experience in designing such solutions, you will bring a strong understanding of production support methodologies, On-prem/Cloud infrastructure, and application management best practices to the table. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, and then designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet their needs effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and third-party teams, to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the organization's overall IT strategy and consider factors such as reliability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will also be responsible for creating proposal responses that cover solution architecture and relevant differentiators needed to win proposals. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends will be essential, as you identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in application management practices. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Moreover, your role will involve working on Innovation Track projects such as IPs, Accelerators, and Solution Ideation, as well as enhancing Case Studies, Domain-wise capability decks, service catalogs, brochures, corporate website, and other marketing initiatives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to effectively engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
