Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Over 15 - 20 years of IT experience Senior Solution Architect with progressively growing experience in an IT services firm.

Technical Skills:

  • Over 15 – 20 years of IT experience managing and leading large client engagements for Applications and Infra services, including cloud.
  • 10+ years of experience in providing solutions and leading engagements to clients in Insurance industry.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and interactions at CXO and SVP levels across multiple clients.
  • Understand customer needs, design solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to win business, focus on maximizing client ROI and providing technical expertise.
  • Develop compelling customer proposals and critically reviews them, manages the expectations of internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring the meeting of customer’s business and technical requirements are met.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that showcase the functionality and value of our solutions, tailoring them to address specific customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product/project teams to ensure that our sales collateral, presentations, and other materials accurately reflect the capabilities and value of our solutions.
  • Respond to clients' Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) by leveraging technical expertise and understanding of the products and offerings.
  • Develop POCs to showcase the solution's capabilities in a realistic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance software solutions, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Proactively identify and vet potential opportunities for new business.
  • Experience in driving business growth, especially with new logos.
  • Analyze lost proposals to find gaps (e.g., pricing, scope) and refine future strategies.
  • Track client satisfaction post-implementation with surveys to improve solution relevance.
  • Strong Communication with Client Executives and Internal Executives
  • Strong Program Management skills managing L&A and P&C Insurance engagements.
  • Very good exposure in Cloud Transformation, Data, DevOps, Modernization
  • Exposure in leading engagements in Applications and Infra/Network/Cloud space
  • Capable of engaging in discussions with technical architecture group and understanding the nuances and provide guidance.
  • Excellent team player and Go Getter.
  • Very good People management

  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Somebody who have 20 years of IT experience managing and leading large client engagements for Applications and Infra services, including cloud.
  • Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
