Presales Solution Architect – Backup & Storage Technologies

Experienced IT professional with 12–15 years of expertise in designing and delivering robust data protection and storage solutions. Proven track record in presales, solutioning, and client engagement across diverse enterprise environments.

Core Competencies:

  • Backup Technologies:

    Deep hands-on experience with Commvault, Rubrik, Dell, Cohesity, and Veeam.

  • Storage Platforms:

    Skilled in Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC, and Hitachi systems.

  • Enterprise Applications:

    Proficient in architecting backup solutions for SAP, Oracle, DB2, SharePoint, and SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365.

  • Infrastructure Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of servers, networking, cloud platforms, and hyperconverged infrastructure.

  • Strategic Solutioning:

    Ability to build compelling business cases and TCO analyses comparing cloud-native vs OEM-led solutions.

  • Documentation & Communication:

    Adept at crafting solution documents, SOWs, and RFP responses with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Client-Centric Approach:

    Passionate about aligning technology with business outcomes and delivering value beyond the technical scope.

  • Work Ethic:

    Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently in dynamic environments.
