Presales real estate (Female)

• Lead Qualification: Identify and pursue potential clients, understanding their needs and qualifying them for the sales process.
• Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients, building relationships, and scheduling meetings.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead data within the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and tactics.
• Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in moving prospects through the sales funnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to engage effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Market: Understanding of real estate products, services, and trends.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and their usage.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
