Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients, building relationships, and scheduling meetings. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the real estate sector. Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company's real estate offerings. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead data within the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and tactics. Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in moving prospects through the sales funnel. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to engage effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate leads, understand market trends, and identify opportunities. Knowledge of the Real Estate Market: Understanding of real estate products, services, and trends. Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and their usage. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
